IRS Offers Inflation Hedge Refund Option

This year, instead of just receiving your tax refund in the form of a check from the IRS, the government is giving taxpayers the option to receive the refunds in the form of I-Bonds. I bonds are are inflation-linked government savings bonds sold by the U.S. Treasury. They used to be called Series I savings bonds. (I for inflation)
